• Where do you do your banking? That’s a great place to start. Amy also has a list of lenders she has worked with in the past that have proven to be affordable, extremely helpful and trustworthy. She would be glad to share that list with you.

• Is there a certain part of town that is more convenient for you? Close to work or shopping? Or do you like the peace and quiet of the country?
  

• Is there a certain school district that your children need to be in?

3. What are you looking for in a house?

• How many bedrooms are needed?

4. Price?

• Your lender will help us come up with a price that will fit your budget.
